304 Application for revocation of order—general (1) An application for the revocation of a protection order to which this Division applies may be made to the Court by— (a) the child in respect of whom the order was made; or S. 304(1)(c) substituted by No. 61/2014 s. 45(1). (c) the Secretary. S. 304(1)(d)(e) repealed by No. 61/2014 s. 45(1). S. 304(2) substituted by No. 61/2014 s. 45(2).
