300A Secretary may apply for variation of order without notice The Secretary may apply to the Court for a variation of the conditions of a family reunification order without serving notice under section 277 if the Secretary is satisfied on reasonable grounds that— (a) there has been an unexpected change in circumstances; and (b) the application is necessary for the safety and wellbeing of the child.
