293 Application for extension of protection order
(1) The Secretary may apply to the Court for an extension or additional extension of the period of—
S. 293(1)(a) substituted by No. 61/2014 s. 33(1).
(a) a family preservation order;
S. 293(1)(b) substituted by No. 61/2014 s. 33(1).
(b) a family reunification order;
S. 293(1)(c) substituted by No. 61/2014 s. 33(1).
(c) a care by Secretary order.
S. 293(1)(d) repealed by No. 61/2014 s. 33(1).
(2) An extension application may be made at any time while the order is in force.
(3) If an extension application is made in respect of an order, the order continues in force until the application is determined.
