273 Variation or revocation of undertaking (1) An application for a variation of an undertaking or of any conditions of an undertaking or for the revocation of an undertaking may be made to the Court by— (c) the person with whom the child is living. (2) The applicant must as soon as possible cause a copy of an application under this section to be given or sent by post to any person by or on behalf of whom the application could have been made. (3) On an application under subsection (1) the Court may— (a) if the application is for a variation of an undertaking or of any conditions of an undertaking, vary the undertaking or any of the conditions of the undertaking or add or substitute a condition but must not extend the period of the undertaking; or (b) if the application is for the revocation of an undertaking, revoke the undertaking.
