254 Duration of order (1) A therapeutic treatment (placement) order remains in force for the period (not exceeding the period of the therapeutic treatment order to which it relates) specified in the order. S. 254(2) inserted by No. 33/2018 s. 9(2). (2) Despite subsection (1), a therapeutic treatment (placement) order ceases to be in force if the child attains the age of 18 years or marries, whichever happens first.
