252 When can a therapeutic treatment (placement) order be made? (1) The Court, on the application of the Secretary, may make a therapeutic treatment (placement) order in respect of a child if— (a) the Court makes or has made a therapeutic treatment order in respect of the child; and (b) the Court is satisfied that the therapeutic treatment (placement) order is necessary for the treatment of the child. (2) The Secretary must serve notice of the application on the child and the child's parent a reasonable time before the hearing of the application. (3) A notice under subsection (2) must— S. 252(3)(a) amended by No. 26/2023 s. 39. (b) set out the grounds on which the Secretary has made the application for a therapeutic treatment (placement) order; and
