250 Duration of order (1) A therapeutic treatment order remains in force for the period (not exceeding 12 months) specified in the order. S. 250(2) inserted by No. 33/2018 s. 9(1). (2) Subsection (1) applies even if the child attains the age of 18 years after the order is made. S. 251 amended by No. 61/2014 s. 139.
