238 Report to Court by Secretary (1) The Secretary must provide a report in writing to the Court by the date for that report specified in the temporary assessment order. (2) The report must set out— (a) details of the action taken by the Secretary under the order; and (b) the results of the investigation and assessment; and (c) any other information that the Secretary considers ought to be provided to the Court or that the Court directs to be included in the report. (3) Unless otherwise directed by the Court, the Secretary must cause a copy of the report to be given to each of the following— (e) any other person specified by the Court.
