235 Application for variation or revocation of order made in absence of child (1) If a temporary assessment order has been made without notice to the child and the parent of the child, the child or the parent of the child may at any time apply to the Court for the variation or revocation of the order. (2) The applicant must serve notice of the application on the Secretary and each other party to the order a reasonable time before the hearing of the application. (3) An application under this section must be heard expeditiously. (4) On an application under this section, the Court may— (a) vary the terms of the order; or (b) revoke the order; or (c) dismiss the application.
