231 Temporary assessment order After considering the matters set out in section 230, the Court may make a temporary assessment order if it is satisfied that— (a) the making of the order is in the best interests of the child; and (b) it is necessary for the Secretary to assess whether or not the child is in need of protection; and (c) the Secretary cannot properly carry out the investigation or assessment unless the order is made.
