216 Power of Family Division to make certain orders by consent in absence of parties
If on an application to the Family Division for the extension of a family reunification order or a care by Secretary order the Court is satisfied that the parties to the proceeding have agreed on the terms of the order and that the making of the order is in the best interests of the child, the Court may make the order without requiring the parties to attend, or be represented at, the proceeding.
