20B Report by Secretary (1) The Secretary must publish on the Department's Internet site the following details for each quarter of a calendar year in which the Secretary discloses information to the Commission under section 60A of the **Commission for Children and Young People Act 2012**— (a) the total number of adverse events relating to children in out of home care that were disclosed by the Secretary to the Commission in the relevant quarter; (b) the total number of adverse events relating to individuals detained in a youth justice centre that were disclosed by the Secretary to the Commission in the relevant quarter; (c) the total number of adverse events relating to individuals detained in a youth justice residential centre that were disclosed by the Secretary to the Commission in the relevant quarter. (2) The details must be published within one month of the end of the relevant quarter. ***Commission*** means the Commission for Children and Young People established by section 6 of the **Commission for Children and Young People Act 2012**; ***relevant quarter*** means the quarter of a calendar year to which the publication of details relates. Chapter 3—Child and family services Part 3.1—Support for community-based services and families 21 Object of Part The object of this Part is to enable the provision of funding and resources for community-based child and family services and other services for families.
