208 Protection of givers of information The giving of information to a protective intervener in good faith during the course of the investigation of the subject-matter of a protective intervention report— (a) does not for any purpose constitute unprofessional conduct or a breach of professional ethics on the part of the person by whom it is given; and (b) does not make the person by whom it is given subject to any liability in respect of it; and (c) does not constitute a contravention of— S. 208(c)(ii) substituted by No. 26/2014 s. 455(Sch. item 2.3), amended by No. 39/2022 s. 794(1).
