202 Exclusion of evidence of disclosed information
Information given or documents produced to an authorised officer in relation to a child under this Division must not be given in evidence in a legal proceeding other than a proceeding in relation to the child under this Chapter.

204 Directions for protective interveners
(1) The Minister may—
(a) issue directions to be followed by protective interveners in the exercise of their functions; or
(b) amend, in whole or in part, any directions issued under paragraph (a).

(2) The Minister must consult with the Minister administering the **Victoria Police Act 2013** before issuing directions relating to protective interveners who are police officers.
(3) The Minister must cause any directions issued and any amendments made under subsection (1) to be published in the Government Gazette.
