200 Medical professional privilege does not apply (1) It is not a reasonable excuse for a person to refuse or fail to give information or produce documents to an authorised officer under this Division on the ground of medical professional privilege. S. 200(2) amended by No. 69/2009 s. 54(Sch. Pt 2 item 10). (2) Sections 28(2), 28(3) and 32C of the **Evidence (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1958** do not apply to prevent— (a) the giving of information or production of documents to an authorised officer as required under this Division; or (b) the information given or documents produced to the authorised officer under this Division in relation to a child being given in evidence in any proceedings under this Chapter in relation to the child.
