2 Commencement (1) Sections 1, 603 and this section come into operation on the day after the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent. S. 2(2) repealed by No. 25/2009 s. 38(1). S. 2(3) amended by No. 24/2007 s. 12, repealed by No. 25/2009 s. 38(2). (4) Subject to subsection (5), the remaining provisions of this Act come into operation on a day or days to be proclaimed. (5) If a provision of this Act referred to in subsection (4) does not come into operation before 1 October 2007, it comes into operation on that day.
