169C Review of therapeutic treatment plan (1) A therapeutic treatment plan must specify a date for the review of the plan that is halfway through the period of the therapeutic treatment order to which the plan relates. (2) The Secretary must review a therapeutic treatment plan— (a) on or before the review date specified in the plan; and (b) from time to time as otherwise appears necessary. (3) Subject to subsection (4), the Secretary must ensure that the results of the review and any amendments to the plan are given, within 14 days of the review, to each of the following— (c) any person who has care of the child; (d) the provider of the therapeutic treatment program. (4) The Secretary is not required to comply with subsection (3) to the extent that the Secretary is satisfied that it would be inappropriate for a person or provider referred to in that subsection to be given the results of the review and the amendments.
