169B Preparation of therapeutic treatment plan (1) The Secretary must ensure that a therapeutic treatment plan is prepared in respect of a child within 6 weeks after a therapeutic treatment order is made in respect of the child. (2) Subject to subsection (3), the Secretary must ensure that a copy of the therapeutic treatment plan is given, within 14 days of the preparation of the plan, to each of the following— (c) any person who has care of the child; (d) the provider of the therapeutic treatment program. (3) The Secretary is not required to comply with subsection (2) to the extent that the Secretary is satisfied that it would be inappropriate for a person or provider referred to in that subsection to be given a copy of the plan.
