169A What is a therapeutic treatment plan? (1) A therapeutic treatment plan is a plan prepared by the Secretary for a child for whom a therapeutic treatment order is made. (2) A therapeutic treatment plan must contain all decisions and arrangements made by the Secretary concerning the child that— (a) the Secretary considers to be significant; and (b) relate to the child's participation in and attendance at the therapeutic treatment program.
