164 Responsibilities of Minister The Minister has the following responsibilities— (a) to establish and maintain child protection services; and S. 164(b) amended by No. 6/2024 s. 93. (b) to promote a clear definition of the respective responsibilities, in relation to children at risk of harm, of protective interveners, community service providers and other persons and bodies working with children and their families in a professional capacity.
