51 Application for child protection order
(1) An application under section 10(1) of the repealed Act for a child protection order made but not finally determined before the commencement day is taken to be an application under section 22(1) of the Children, Young Persons and Their Families Act 1997 to the Magistrates Court (Children’s Division) for an assessment order.
(2) Proceedings in respect of an application referred to in subsection (1) are continued in the Magistrates Court (Children’s Division).
