30 Delivery of order to Director
If an order is made before the commencement day, but a copy of the order is not delivered to the Director as required by section 44(1) of the repealed Act before that day, the clerk of petty sessions or the Registrar of the Supreme Court, as the case requires, is to provide a certified copy of the order to the Secretary.
