### 95 Offence to harbour or conceal child, &c. > Knowing that a child is absent without lawful authority or excuse from the place in which the child has been placed or the person in whose custody the child has been placed by or under the authority of an assessment order, interim assessment order, care and protection order or interim care and protection order, a person must not – > > > > (a) harbour or conceal, or assist in harbouring or concealing, the child; or > > > > > (b) prevent, or assist in preventing, the child from returning to that place or custody. > > Penalty: Fine not exceeding 15 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months, or both.
