86 Facilitators
(1) The Secretary may approve persons as facilitators for the purposes of this Act.
(2) [Section 86 Subsection (2) amended by No. 86 of 2000, Sched. 1, Applied:01 May 2001] A facilitator who is not a State Service officer or State Service employee is entitled to be paid such remuneration and allowances as the Secretary determines.
(3) The Secretary may withdraw approval of a person as a facilitator for any just cause or excuse.
