[Section 77I Inserted by No. 78 of 1999, s. 5, Applied:01 Jul 2000] The Secretary must serve, as soon as possible, a copy of an application for an order transferring a home order to a participating State on each person who would be a party if the application were an application to vary a care and protection order under section 48 .
