> > (1) On receipt of an application under [section 77E](#GS77E@EN) , the Court may review the decision of the Secretary to transfer a home order to a participating State and may –

> > > > (a) affirm the decision of the Secretary; or

> > > > (c) quash the decision of the Secretary and make an order under [Subdivision 3](#HP8@HD2@Hd3@EN) as if the application under [section 77E](#GS77E@EN) were an application under [section 77G](#GS77G@EN) .
