54 Matters Court must consider
In any proceedings under this Act, the Court must –
(a) consider the best interests of the child to be the paramount consideration; and
(b) [Section 54 Amended by No. 64 of 2013, s. 25, Applied:01 Jul 2016] observe the principles set out in Part 1A .
