### 52 Conference of parties > > (1)  If the Court considers it desirable to do so, the Court may, before or during the hearing of proceedings under this Division, convene a conference between the parties to the proceedings for the purpose of determining what matters are in dispute or resolving any matters in dispute. > > > (2)  A magistrate or an officer of the Court nominated by the magistrate is to preside over the conference. > > > (3)  Legal representatives for parties to the proceedings are to be admitted to the conference. > > > (4)  Evidence of anything said or done at the conference is inadmissible in the proceedings except where all parties to the proceedings agree to the evidence being admitted.
