82 Notice to parents of suspension or cancellation (1) This section applies if a service approval has been suspended or cancelled under section 72, 73, 78 or 80. (2) The Regulatory Authority may require the approved provider to give written notice of the suspension or cancellation and its effect to the parents of children enrolled at the children's service to which the approval relates. (3) The approved provider must comply with a requirement made under subsection (2). S. 83 inserted by No. 37/2019 s. 8.
