81 Approved provider to provide information to Regulatory Authority (1) This section applies if a show cause notice has been given to an approved provider under section 71 or 77. (2) The approved provider, at the request of the Regulatory Authority, must provide the Authority with the contact details of the parents of all children enrolled at the children's service. (3) The Regulatory Authority may use the information provided under subsection (2) solely to notify the parents of children enrolled at an approved children's service of a suspension or cancellation of the service approval for the service.
