80 Decision on application to transfer cancelled service (1) If the Regulatory Authority consents to the transfer— (a) the decision to cancel the service approval is revoked; and (b) the suspension of the service approval ceases on the transfer taking effect, unless the conditions imposed by the Regulatory Authority on the consent to the transfer specify a later date for the suspension to cease. (2) If the Regulatory Authority refuses to consent to the transfer, the service approval is cancelled on the making of the decision to refuse to consent. S. 81 inserted by No. 37/2019 s. 8.
