64 Regulatory Authority may request further information If the Regulatory Authority has intervened under section 62, the Regulatory Authority may— (a) request further information from the transferring approved provider or receiving approved provider for the purposes of deciding whether to consent to the transfer; and (b) undertake inquiries in relation to the receiving approved provider for that purpose.
