61 Consent taken to be given unless Regulatory Authority intervenes The Regulatory Authority is taken to have consented to the transfer of a service approval if— (a) the parties have given a notification under section 59; and (b) 28 days before the transfer is intended to take effect, the Regulatory Authority has not notified the parties that it intends to intervene under section 62.
