59A Further notification required in case of delay to transfer date (1) If, after giving a notification under section 59, the transfer is to be delayed, the transferring approved provider and the receiving approved provider must jointly notify the Regulatory Authority as soon as practicable of the new date that the transfer is intended to take effect. (2) A notification under subsection (1) does not affect consent to the transfer given or taken to have been given by the Regulatory Authority before it received that notification.
