211 Transitional provision—Notification of persons with management or control of a children's service (1) For the purposes of section 113(1)(b), a person who is a person with management or control on the commencement day is taken to be appointed as a person with management or control on that day. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a person who, immediately before the commencement day, was a person with management or control within the meaning of this Act as in force immediately before the commencement day. ***commencement day*** means the day on which section 40 of the **Early Childhood Legislation Amendment Act 2022** comes into operation.
