210 Service approvals subject to the Child Safe Standards condition (1) On and after the commencement of section 8 of the **Early Childhood Legislation Amendment Act 2022**, the following service approvals are subject to the Child Safe Standards condition— (a) a service approval that is in force immediately before the commencement of that section 8; (b) a service approval that is suspended under section 72 or 83 immediately before the commencement of that section 8. ***Child Safe Standards condition*** means the condition to which the service approval is subject under section 50(2A).
