18 Duration and effect of provider approval (1) A provider approval continues in force until it is cancelled or surrendered under this Act. (2) A provider approval authorises the approved provider to operate an approved children's service if the approved provider is the holder of the service approval for the service. New s. 19 inserted by No. 37/2019 s. 8.
