175 Offences by bodies corporate (1) If a body corporate commits an offence against this Act, any person with management or control of the body corporate who failed to exercise due diligence to prevent the contravention that is the subject of the offence also commits that offence and is liable to the penalty for that offence. (2) The penalty for an offence referred to in this section is the penalty applicable to an individual. S. 176 inserted by No. 37/2019 s. 15.
