128 Person must not contravene prohibition notice (1) While a prohibition notice under section 123(1) is in force under this Act for a person, the person must not— (a) provide education and care to children for a children's service; or (b) be engaged as an educator, employee, contractor or staff member of, or perform volunteer services for, a children's service; or (c) carry out any other activity relating to children's services. Penalty: 120 penalty units. (2) While a prohibition notice under section 123(3) is in force under this Act for a person, the person must not— (a) in the case of a prohibition notice under section 123(3)(a), consent to a nomination of that person as a nominated supervisor of a children's service; or (b) in the case of a prohibition notice under section 123(3)(b), consent to a nomination of that person as a nominated supervisor of a children's service in contravention of a condition or conditions stated in the prohibition notice.
