26 Notice of transfer
(1) The Children’s Guardian must give the former agency and the new agency written notice of the Children’s Guardian’s decision about the transfer of accreditation.
(2) The notice must set out the following—
(a) the decision,
(b) the reasons for the decision,
(c) if the transfer is approved—
(i) the date the transfer takes effect, and
(ii) the conditions applying to the transfer.
