164 Executive liability offences

For this Division, an executive liability offence is an offence against any of the following provisions of this Act that is committed by a corporation—

(a), (b) (Repealed)

(c) section 92(1),

(d) section 92(2),

(e) section 92(3),

(f) section 97(2),

(g) section 106,

(g1) section 152F,

(g2) section 152J,

(h) section 159(1),

(i) section 161(1),

(j) section 162(1),

(k) section 180(2),

(l) Schedule 2, clause 15(1),

(m) Schedule 2, clause 16(1).
