#### 38 Public availability of local crime prevention plans 38 Public availability of local crime prevention plans > > (1) Within 14 days after adopting a local crime prevention plan for an area, the council is to publish the plan in— > > > > > (a) a newspaper circulating generally in the area, and > > > > > (b) the Gazette. > > > (2) Within 14 days after amending or revoking a local crime prevention plan, the council is to give notice of the revocation, or cause a copy of the amendments to be published in— > > > > > (a) a newspaper circulating generally in the area, and > > > > > (b) the Gazette.
