[28D] Regulation 190

Insert at the end of the regulation—

(2) The following offences against the National Law (NSW) are prescribed for the National Law (NSW), section 291—

(a) section 162A(1), (2) and (3) (child protection training);

(b) section 174AA(1) (notification of certain information);

(c) section 174AB(2) (notification of events);

(d) section 178A(6) (contravention of supervision direction or condition);

(e) section 188A(1) (false or misleading information about certain notices);

(f) section 219A(8) (contravention of emergency order);

(g) section 292A (insurance indemnifying against financial penalties);

(h) section 295A(1) and (3) (providing education and care in residence of service providers);

(i) section 295B (incentive schemes);

(j) section 300E(1) (policy about protected disclosures).

This subregulation is an additional NSW provision.
