[10] Insertion of National Law, section 216C
(1) The insertion of the National Law, section 216C by the amendment Act, section 100, as modified by subsection (2).
(2) For subsection (1), omit the National Law, section 216C, penalty and insert instead—
Penalty—
(a) for an individual—$27,300; or
(b) for a large child care provider—$413,100; or
(c) otherwise—$137,700.
Note—
This penalty is a substituted NSW provision.
