224 National Authority
(1) The Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority is established.
(2) The National Authority—
(a) is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and
(b) has a common seal; and
(c) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
(3) The National Authority represents the State.
