209 Offence to destroy or damage notices or documents

209 Offence to destroy or damage notices or documents

A person must not, without lawful authority, destroy or damage any notice or document given or prepared or kept under this Law.

Penalty—

(a) for an individual—$27,300; or

(b) for a large child care provider—$413,100; or

(c) otherwise—$137,700.

Note—

This penalty is a substituted NSW provision.
