> For the purposes of the definition of education law in section 5 of the [Children (Education and Care Services) National Law (NSW)](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2010-104a), the following Acts and the regulations made under those Acts are declared to be an education law for this jurisdiction for the purposes of the [Children (Education and Care Services) National Law (NSW)](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2010-104a)—

>
> > (b) the [Institute of Teachers Act 2004](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2004-065),
>
> > (c) the [Teaching Service Act 1980](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1980-023),
>
> > (d) the [Technical and Further Education Commission Act 1990](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1990-118),
>
> > (e) the [Education (School Administrative and Support Staff) Act 1987](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1987-240).
