#### 16 Application 16 Application > This Division applies to a person— > > > (a) who has pleaded guilty to an indictable offence in, or has been found guilty or convicted of an indictable offence by, a court other than the Children’s Court, > > > (b) who was a child when the offence was committed, and > > > (c) who was under the age of 21 years when charged before the court with the offence.
