#### 265 Review of particular amendments to Act 265 Review of particular amendments to Act > > (1) The Minister is to review this Act to determine whether— > > > > > (a) the policy objectives of the amendments made by the amending Act remain valid, and > > > > > (b) the terms of the Act remain appropriate for achieving the policy objectives of the amendments made by the amending Act. > > > (2) The review is to be undertaken as soon as practicable after the period of 12 months from the commencement of this section (the review period). > > > (3) A report on the outcome of the review is to be tabled in each House of Parliament within 12 months after the end of the review period. > > > (4) In this section— > > > > amending Act means the [Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Amendment (Family is Culture) Act 2022](/view/pdf/asmade/act-2022-67). > > **s 265:** Am 2001 No 91, Sch 1 \[24\]; 2002 No 53, Sch 1.1 \[18\].
