#### 167 Records concerning Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young persons 167 Records concerning Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young persons > The Secretary and each designated agency that supervises the placement of an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander child or young person in out-of-home care must make a record of— > > > (a) the date of entry of the child or young person into out-of-home care, and > > > (b) the period of time spent by the child or young person in out-of-home care, and > > > (c) the plan for the child’s or young person’s leaving out-of-home care.
